It looks like the “cabin” has the following sleeping options:
Bedroom 1 - one queen bed
Bedroom 2 - one king bed and a couch
Bedroom 3 - one queen bed
Bedroom 4 - two bunk beds (4 beds)
Bedroom 5 - two single beds
Living Room - one sofa bed and one couch
That makes 9 beds, 1 sofa bed and two couches
I also see a tasty couch in the game room, another in the library, outdoor furniture on the deck and a tent pad by the fire pit.
Bottom Line - there should be plenty of room for all; the listing says “16+”
Jeff will come up with a fun plan for allocating pillows.
Golf
If you decide to come you can play Zero, One, Two, Three or Four days..
At this time we are not planning to play at any courses that will require upfront payment. Just public courses. If you think you might benefit by not playing a full schedule this is sort of how things will go, weather depending:
Monday - public course
Tuesday - public course
Wednesday - Senior Moondog Open
Thursday - the premium “treat course” - Bedford Springs ($209)
So, if you think you may want to skip one or more of those days please tell Jeff before he makes starting times. The earliest he can make times at Bedford Springs is three weeks prior. Depending on the courses he selects he may be able to make times earlier for some of those. But all golf schedules should be in his hands by April 30.
